* Size for MEDIUM - (19cm) has inside Circumference about 7 inch (17.8 cm). This size fits comfortably on wrist a size 6.3- 7 inch (16- 18 cm), so the size is UNIVERSAL.

* Size for LARGE - (21cm) has inside Circumference about 7.8 inch (19.8 cm).

(To measure, you can close your hand (as if you were rolling on the Bracelet) and measure around near your thumb. This is the widest part of your hand. The Bracelet is made to stretch over this part of your hand.)
